Teacher Feedback - SECS Project

Please take this survey only if you teach Healthy Living in Grades 7, 8, or 9 with the South Shore Regional School Board, and have done so since at least the 2013-2014 school year.

It concerns the SECS Resource Kit: Lesson Plans, Resources, and Information for Healthy Living Teachers in Nova Scotia. It should be in all or most schools with Grades 7, 8, and/or 9.

If you have not seen such a kit, but do teach Healthy Living in junior high, please fill out as much of the survey as you can. We are interested in how many educators have access to our resource, generously funded by the United Way of Lunenburg County.

Results will be used by the Sexual Health Centre to judge the efficacy of the SECS project for you and future educators.

There are 15 questions as well as a space at the end for any additional comments. Most are multiple choice.
